3. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, SERENDIPITY HOLDING TVY LLC and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. Upon final payment for a custom web development project, the client is granted the intellectual property rights to the final completed code and design as detailed in their specific MSA.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Vectorial Web's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. SERENDIPITY HOLDING TVY LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
