  • No Analytics: We do not track your browsing history, usage statistics, or analytics.
  • Local Processing: All document scraping, compiling, and ZIP file generation happens 100% locally on your computer’s browser. None of your downloaded files are ever sent to our servers.

2. Information Handled by Third Parties

To manage free trials and paid licenses, the Extension integrates securely with a third-party payment provider (ExtensionPay, powered by Stripe).

  • Authentication & Licensing: When you start a free trial or purchase a license, you interact directly with ExtensionPay/Stripe. They securely handle your email address and payment information.
  • Verification: The Extension only communicates with ExtensionPay servers to ask a single question: “Does this user have a valid license?” (True/False).
  • Vectorial Web does not have access to your credit card numbers or sensitive financial data.

3. Permissions Used and Why

To function correctly, the Extension requests the following browser permissions:

  • activeTab & scripting: Required to temporarily read the active court website page you are viewing solely to locate the PDF download links.
  • downloads: Required to save the locally-generated ZIP file of PDFs directly to your computer’s hard drive.
  • storage: Required to save your paid license or free-trial status locally on your browser so you do not have to log in every time.
  • Host Permissions (<all_urls>): Required because court websites frequently change domains and subdomains. The extension needs permission to trigger on those specific domains when you click the button.

4. Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user information to third parties. We do not participate in any data brokering.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
